Hello! I just got Max to eat sal but when I talk to him he just mentions something about removing brain tumors, not to get the arms working.

Have I missed something? Thank you.

Have you actually gone to the arms and tried to make them work?
Resulting in the room being flooded with radiation and requiring you to find a radiation impervious assistant for Paiperwaite aka Sal?

Yes i have tried that. Do you have to flood it? I just notice Sams voice being very strange.

That's because Max uses ventriloquism on Sam...

In order of spoilerishness:
You first have to figure out the controls yourself
Listen carefully to what Max says in reply to what you say
Try using wrong answers
So left foot gun would become right hand bacon for example
Do this correct 3x in a row and the room will flood with radiation, now you can send Sal in.
