I want to buy a new computer in the next days. How can I use the Sam and Max Games also on my new computer(I have ordered the whole Season1).

Hey Sven, you should be able to use method number 2 from this page (http://www.telltalegames.com/samandmax/seasonactivation) to get activated copies of the episodes on your new computer.
