Hello, I am trying to get this trophy / achievement and I am little confused on what I need to do to get that trophy. I know I can shoot some of them but others does not allow me to shoot it for odd reason?

Is there a certain requirement or heads I can shoot at?

Just try to shoot all the heads and it will be fine. As long as you have used the gun on all of the Max spores, you will get the trophy.

Some of them Sam won't shoot at, but you won't know until you try so it doesn't hurt to try shooting them all.

As I recall there are two of them on the street outside of Bosco-Tech in Act I, and then one in each room inside Max in Act II.

You can't shoot the Max in the inventory though :( ("It's bad enough they know I have a gun")

Yeah, Sam won't shoot them all, but as long as you try to shoot them all, you'll obviously get the ones he will shoot. For the ones he doesn't shoot, he just doesn't shoot them, and you can move on to the next one.

The one alot seem to miss is the 3rd one outside boscotech.

There's two pestering Grandpa Stinky, but a 3rd appears to pester sybil if you chat to her.
Then obv there's one per oom (excluding the black and white area) inside max.

I'm pretty sure that's just one of the original pair. When Stinky leaves, those two split up. At least, shooting it gave me the same response as shooting one of the two when they were together.

Yeah, same as Dale, the one at Sybil's is the second of the 2 at Grandpa's.

Not true.
I spoke to Sybil and then there was clearly 1 harassing her AND two harassing Grandpa Stinky still present.

Well, shooting #2 gives the same response as shooting the Sybil.
No idea if the PS3 throphy counts them as different identities though.
