There aren't any real chances of a full 5-episodes IWWH for BTTF. I don't even think we have time to work on just ONE episode. Majus has school to take care of, I have to finish my Lord of the Rings parody... not to mention all the side projects that we both have.

Oh, it's simple. The epic BTTF theme plays as we see the DeLorean fly up into the sky, begin time travelling and fly at the screen, like at the end of the first movie. Then, we cut to the Doc complaining about scientific progress as a policeman writes him a speeding ticket.

Yes! I'm going to start by working on the non-vocal animaiton parts, since I'm using an animaiton tool I'm not fully used to. I did the stupid thing and saved faces for the last thing to animate. I had concepts on paper which didn't translate well to the computer. I got Doc looking good, but Marty I just can't get right. The eyes are wierd because I didn't want realistic eyes, and his eyes are blue, so...

Usually, I would give some sort of release date, but I've learned my lesson with the LOTR parody. Initially I announced it to be released in "Summer 2010"... guess what? It's winter... and I'm still working on it.

But, for the BTTF tribute I do have some sort of date... I will most likely launch it after the first episode, due to the fact that we have to wait until February for episode 2. The wait is killing us now, but it'll will kill us even more then. I figure it's nicer this way and it will make the fans' waiting game much more "playable" :)

In regards to episode 2:

Episode 1 comes out in 5 days (yay!), so it's time to start planning the next video. I'm looking for all the help I can get. The video only has 300 views, so I'm talking to a very small number of "fans", but adding anyone to the team would be great!

1. Voices- I'll post any I need here. Everyone is reprising their roles for the next episode, and I already have Biff. Just as a small gag, I will need someone to do an angry director-type voice.

2. Ideas- I'm still writing the script, but it would be nice to see some other peoples ideas. Characters you want to see? Lines you always wanted to hear someone say? Random jokes you want to see? Post them!

3. Editor- This is what killed the last video. I can't edit audio well to save my life. If anyone is good at syncing sound to video/erasing unnessesary noise/skilled at fade in, fade out placement/etc., let me know!

If you want to contribute in any wat, let me know. Note to collaberators: Episode 2 script should be done by the 28th.

Might I suggest not to hurry with wpisode 2's script? Majus and I were waiting for details for the next IWWH. Basically, you can't really make a IWWH without knowing the ending of the previous episode :p Or at least some major details.

Whoops, forgot about pre-release details. I was just going to go with the game's cliffhanger and run with that. I should figure out just the opening scene by the 28th then, just to get things rolling.

If you could do the director voice like the seige-man in IWWH... that could get interesting...

All right, here we go.

There was nothing much planned - I thought three to four pages per episode might suffice.

BTTF I wonder what happens Comic first draft ever

INT. Doc's garage, 1986

The comic begins with Marty rocking all over Doc's belongings. He has the greatest garage band ever, because he has inherited Doc's garage. ;)

Marty (improvises a "miss you so" song): "Jen, I really miss Doc"
Jennifer: "That guy knocks me out, puts me alone on a dumpster in a dark alley while I'm unconscious and lets me rot in a dystopian society... and my boyfriend MISSES him. Figures!"

*FLASH* - The DeLorean appears (I actually illustrated this panel in the art thread).

The DeLorean has crashed through the roof, standing on its nose. Apparently, one can reach 88 mph conveniently by falling.

Marty: "What in the hell..."
Ominous voice: "You've got to come back with us..."
Marty: "DAD??? Errr... George?? MOM??? Errrr... Lorraine??"

Young George and Lorraine climb out of the vertical DeLorean, in their Enchantment under the Sea clothes. They seem to have come from exactly that evening.

George: "I know... that you are my son... but there's one thing... I want to know..."
Marty: "What, what??"
George: "Does that mean I am ALSO... an alien from the planet Vulcan?"
Marty doesn't know how to respond.

George: "Get in the car! We got to go back!"
Marty: "Where will we go??"
George: "There's trouble in 1931!"

We see George, Lorraine, Marty, his increasingly battered guitar and Jennifer sitting in the DeLorean.

Marty: "Shouldn't we get the DeLorean back on the street to reach 88 mph?"
George: "Where we're going, they haven't actually built many streets. Also, as my son, you are quite an epic fail at thinking four-dimensionally."

The DeLorean rotates on its nose, reaching 88 mph and vanishing in a flash.

INT. Hill Valley High school, 1931. We see George and Marty.

Marty: "Now tell me, why are we here?"
George: "Something's wrong with time, we have to help a friend of yours."
Marty: "And where's Jennifer??"
George: "I sedated her and put her outside on a dumpster. She'll be OK!"

Marty looks around the corner and sees... young Doc Brown. Doc is waving a self-built phaser cannon, looking wild and paranoid, drooling.

Doc (looking around): "Vere are zey... ze fools... I hev to kill zem all..."

Marty: "That's heavy, George! Doc is ... EVIL???"
George: "Yes, something went wrong... you have to lead him on the right way again... just like you did with me."
Marty: "What, what??"
George (putting a silly orange-blonde wig on his head): "Good thing I look just look like Young Doc. I will go to class for him while you set things right!"
Marty: "WHAT?? WHAT??"
George (running away): "Good luck, Darth!"
Marty: "DARTH??"

Next scene was supposed to play out just like the shoot-out from BTTF III, but with the simple twist that Doc's phaser cannon doesn't work: Marty knows that Doc doesn't invent anything that works until 1955.

(Yep, that was basically it for episode one. :D )

How about a timeline where George is the bully and Biff is the victim? And Marty has to help Biff to repair the timeline? :P

I was going to save something like that for a later episode. I may continue the joke in episode 2, where Biff (or his ancestor) is going to... Oh, can't spoil it!
