Problem at Episode 3 endgame

Well, I'm in the Hypnobear workroom, and I've gotten the voicebox, screwdriver, and Hypnobear in my inventory. I know I need to do something with the bug, something involving getting the Hypnobear to hypnotize Ted E. into thinking he's "...on fire!", and pulling the lever as soon as he starts trying to pull the fire extinguisher off the wall, but I seem to be missing one tiny step in this process, as I can think of no way to get the voicebox into the Hypnobear.

Never mind. Clever. I'm still not sure what the bug was for at the end scene, except as comic relief.

It's not for anything... it's not needed at all in the end scene. It is used earlier in the game, and you'll find that most items in the series thusfar haven't been used more than once (except your gun, of course.)

How do you get the voice box into the bear?

triple-you have to use the screwdriver, (which you pick up from right next to the bandit) on the bandit to get the voice box, then you use the voice box on the hopper, and you get the altered bear.

You can use the bug on quite a lot of people you wouldn't expect or need to, with interesting results!
