Fatal Conspiracy - Case #2

I'm stuck on Case #2. I got the warrant to search Zachary Lynch's office. From the balcony I have found:

-Power cable (and got print from it)
-Blood from railing
-Fingerprint from railing

From the office I found:

-Shoe from Lynch
-Computer
-Blood from keyboard

I analyzed everything that I have. I feel like I've looked at everything possible in the office. My objective is still to search the hotel balcony. When I ask Greg what to do next he says that we have a warrant to search Lynch's office so we should do that.

I can't find what I'm missing and I'm very frustrated.

I see a rug (it is pretty big, right?) but I can't do anything with it. There are no action items for it.

Ok -- I realized that I missed the fingerprint on the keyboard. I'm able to move forward now.

i'm stuck already on the 2nd case, trying to check to see if the suicide note was written by the vic, but it wont give me the option to check trace, i get the swab but every time i try it just says 'nothing to collect here' :S getting irked now!! can someone please help?? thanks! :)

Ahh yes I know it was frustrating im sure that will be fixed in a patch, but aim for the the very top right of the note and it will work.

I found the Fingerprint on the Suicide Letter. But how do I check the writing on it. Totally Stuck

I have got a print but only part of a print when i search it nothing comes up, put in the evidence bit hit search and comes up with zero is there more than one print

Have you compared the print with the ones you have as evidence? I completed the 2nd episode about 2-3 hours ago and I remember seing a print that looked partial. I don't remember if I got the match from the database or comparing it to the ones I already had, but every print got matched right away.

Try, and then try some more. You'll get it. :p

sorry if this has already been discussed..... i dnt want to read thru the thread [avoiding spoliers] i have got the finger print from the suicide note.... im told this should scan and match the boss but when i can it says no match found..... cant get the search warrant for his office without it.....please please help!
