quick you must help me - this instant

my beloved girl:http://home.arcor.de/jedai/susan.png has birthday right now ... and in some minutes we are uh .. dining together... i am not one percent german in my heart .. every word i say is just a ridiculous joke in a germans ear(including susan) .. so damn man .. i need to give her some kind of present that calms her down .. she never has much time for me .. :(
a mini time-machine would be soo awesome :)
