Unlock code?

Hi, I bought Puzzle Agent almost a week ago and I cannot unlock the game. I followed the directions I got on the opening page of the game, and received an email saying that my request had been received and assigned the code "issue-39046". But, I have not received an unlock code and I haven't been able to play the game yet. Please help! Thank you.

That's the code for getting a response, which you should within 48 hours. It's not manned by a machine, but by one customer service rep.
