Actually, Telltale has programmed their computers to make their games and lunches for them. Now they just play hide-and-seek all day.

I believe they do have multiple full teams, so they can be working on multiple series at once. On top of that, they have groups of employees who specialize in different things, so for instance the dialog writers might be up to Episode 4 (of whichever series) while the animation scripters are still tweaking Episode 1. I'm sure there are times when, again an arbitrary example, the character modelers might be pretty much done with one series, so they might give them a different game to work on in the meantime. So I'm not surprised that they're able to get so much done, they've spent a lot of time optimizing their process, but I'm sure they do work pretty hard all the time.

I can confirm this. They said so in the sam and max preorder forums.

The team for Poker Night, according to the Giant Bomb playthrough, never exceeded about 7 guys at once.
