problems downloading SnM Ep3

Hi there,
I purchased SnM as the Season One bundle. I could download Ep1 and 2 without any problems. But now with Ep3 I got stuck. Somehow all I can download is a "notepad.exe" file instead of a "blablasetup.exe" file that came with Ep1 or 2! Has anyone had the same problem?!? Please help!
