BTTF e01: Can't log in on launcher screen?

Guys,

I've searched for a straight forward answer on this, but the launcher won't accept my UN/PW - and/or it tells me I don't own episode 1 - which the 'my games' section of the site tells me I do?

Speaking of which, the site lets me log in with my UM/PW fine...?

Help?

have you bought the whole game or do you just have registered the free episode? cause the free episode wont be available until february
