I think it's up now (at least the Gametap website now lists it (http://www.gametap.com/home/game_titles/browseTitles.jsp?title=Title&type=Type&system=System&publisher=GameTap+%2F+Telltale+Games&x=18&y=14) when it didn't a couple of hours ago).

I have GameTap, but still haven't started Episode 3. I always seem to be one episode behind for some reason. These things come out so fast.
