Telltale-Style Hit the Road Slipcover

So, I just got Hit the Road in the mail today (huzzah!), and as great as the current boxart is, it just doesn't fit in with my Seasons 1-3 DVDs, which all have a nice, similar style to them.

Now, I remember a while ago someone posted a nice printable slipcover for Hit the Road that combined the Hit the Road art with Telltale's layout. Buuuut, I can't seem to find that post for the life of me. Anyone (perhaps even the person that made it) happen to know where I could find it?

I have two copies of Hit the Road... one I keep in that exact slipcase and it looks fantastic.... the other I keep in the classic big box... I also have a custom slipcase for the cartoons.. because I like all the discs in one case and not in those two slim cases.
