I tried all the questions many times but I can not exit the conversation with the voodoo lady, the option in the questions area is missing. I can not go on wit the game. Solutions?

That sounds a lot like this issue (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?p=431801). There should be arrows somewhere, so you can see more dialog options.
