This might seem wierd of me to ask, butt. how do I get out of Binoculars Mode in this game? I'm royally confused and I can't exit!

I tried Esc, I tried Q, nothing seems to be working!

Well, only one advice left to do, try every key once, and every way of clicking the mouse too. Worst case scenario load up your latest save, you don't need them for a while anyways.

Take your mouse cursor off the turning controls and press both mouse buttons or escape. (If I remember correctly)

Go to any given Snuckey's and it will be on a shelf. If you have any money you can talk to the cashier and buy it.
