SBCGFAP unlocking issue [Archive] - Telltale Games Forums

I downloaded the first episode two weeks ago, but when I get the unlock screen, clicking on the text boxes does nothing. No text cursor appears and I can't type anything. The same problem persists for manual unlock as well. I've emailed support multiple times, but have yet to get a response.

Try reinstalling it?

Tried it, same problem. And I tried it with a second episode, same problem.
