Direct3D Help

Every time I try to play BTTF, I get this dreaded message.

Could not initialize Direct3D. Make sure you have current video drivers and close any other applications that might be running. You will need a video card that supports Pixel Shader 1.4.

I would like to get whatever help I can but I have a feeling that it's going to be a lost cause.

Edit. i thought I would add my DxDiag as well.

Sadly your Graphics Card is too old and is only DirectX 7.0 compliant. I think BTTF requires a card compliant with DirectX 8.1 or even 9.0.
