A question:

Would anyone here support KQ going a dark fantasy sort of direction? Think like the original Conan the Cimmerian stories, or William King's Gotrek & Felix (Warhammer Fantasy) stories.

I think the most we're likely to see is like a "twisted fairy-tale" sort of theme. I don't think this series should get too dark, but I don't want it to be a Disney movie either.

I'd draw the line in something like the Dark Crystal.

A thousand times, YES. A loin-cloth wearing, long-haired Graham wielding a giant sword or battle axe would give me a huge boner. In fact, we've been discussing just such a wardrobe change for KOS.
