How do I get Specs to stand under they open windo in episode 1?

Specs is very particular about the quality of his work.

There is a spraypainted portrait of Brady Culture under the window, perhaps Specs would take notice if it were vandalized.

Look around the street for something you could vandalize the Brady Culture portrait with.

There's a can of spraypaint on the back of a car in the alley.
