The Psn blog update said that puzzle agent 2 was coming out in spring. So does this mean it will be released between now and June then?

Yeah, I thought May was summer. So it has to come out before Memorial Day if they are to keep their word. I don't see how when they have Jurassic Park and BTTF coming out in the same month.

Every day Puzzle Agent 2 is delayed, a gnome kills.

In the northern hemisphere, summer begins on June 21. So there is more than 2 months left before spring is over. Besides, until they announce an actual day and month, it can't really be considered "delayed".

I believe that's the first Puzzle Agent, not Puzzle Agent 2.
