It's Easter and TT is not in their office. Leave support a message at support@telltalegames.com tomorow and they should be able to help.

Can't acess that too... And hector doesn't appear in "My games".

both JP and Hector don't show up in my game list

Things have probably been pretty hectic over at Telltale HQ the past few days, hence the delay. I reckon Alan will be around this part of the forum again soon to get this sorted.

I pre-ordered also and have no access to forum and puzzle agent not showing the extra serial only showing 2 and I bought one and got another for a preorder other than Hector (just can't remember what :) )

Seems like I missed out on this insider forum although it was the main reason for me to make the pre-order. I just waited patiently for it to appear and figured that there would be a mention in the Hector Discussion forums. I also haven't had the time to investigate properly (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24950).

Well, anyway I'd like to get access to there to have a look at what I've missed.
