Game Might be Bugged Here but Oh Well

What I've done so far was fix the clocktower and destroy the porn shop. I can't get the purse, and every time I go to the Hostage Area and I try to talk to anyone, it freezes. Could there be a specific order of things or is this a known issue? Thanks!

I had this happen twice - the 2nd time I was so close to the end anyway I just gave up on the game and counted it as complete. Think it's a bug though
