I beat Mass Effect yesterday, went to Steam today to look at prices for ME2, and Steam is having a sale on Mass Effect 1 & 2 today only!
I paid $20 for ME1 a couple of weeks ago and Steam is selling it today for $5. =S

Fifteen bucks for both? That is a seriously good deal. I'm sorry I missed out on Monday's Dragon Age deal.

I only bought Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition. Now I would love to say it's because I don't have enough money to buy Mass Effect 1 also, but it's actually because I already bought it in an earlier Steam deal.

See, this is why games should almost never be bought upon release. "Never pay over $20 for a computer game" because the day will come when it's cheaper than a fast food meal, and you'll be pissed at yourself for not waiting :).

Same here. Been waiting for it to be on sale and I go and miss it. Damn it.

Unless it was Mass Effect 1 cheap, I don't really mind missing Dragon Age.
Incidentally, we get it even cheaper in the UK! Your $5 somehow translated to £2.50, which is clearly not right (£3.50 is closer to the mark). Totally bought it, BTW.

It's Friday! New offer! And it is...
75% off Crysis and Crysis Warhead?
...lame! I already bought those when they were on sale ages ago! Bah!

Yea I haven't bought a game upon release since like Shenmue.
Snatched up Sam & Max S3 when it was free with Playstation Plus, and S2 when it was $5 a few months ago. Retail games I buy used for rarely over $20 including shipping.

Yeah, I know the feeling. I didn't buy any S&M games from Telltale direct until they were on offer, and I'm not getting the DVDs until I've got a whole bunch ready to go in one shipment to save on P&P.
Wonder what Saturday's offer will be. Hope it's better than freakin' Crysis.

I bought Mass Effect one. Although it hasn't worked so far, but I'm not really in the mood to look into it right now.
I've heard it's really good, I hope I enjoy it when it does work.
