Back to the future episode 1 error

I downloaded episode 1, and logged in, and everything but when i try to run it i get an error

I was able to screen cap it:

What's wrong?

Well, it says "Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution.

Oh i see. The instructions there were for Windows Vista/7 only.
I added instructions for Windows XP (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showpost.php?p=466255&postcount=11).

If that should not fix it, please post a dxdiag log.

Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

Then zip the file (http://www.howtozip.com/indexsubmenu.asp?submenu=windows_-_compressed_folder_1) and attach it to a reply in this Thread.
