Still missing a shot glass (ordered in December)

Hi.

So, this is the third message I'm typing concerning this problem. The first one was an e-mail to your support, issue-48023. When I didn't receive a reply I sent a PM to Amy Lukima. This was about three weeks ago.

The gist of it all is I still haven't received one of the shot glasses I ordered (#600089103238567), but instead have two Space Wolf t-shirts. The full story is in the PM I sent to Amy so I thought I wouldn't have to repeat it here.

I'd really like to get some info on what's going on. Will I receive the missing glass? I'm a bit worried since they're gone from the store and it would kinda suck to only have one glass.

In case you have already replied to my e-mails, I haven't received them (I check my junk folder regularly). So I'd appreciate a response in this thread if possible.

Per the message I sent you it was reshipped the 6th. The fedex tracking # is 403920835551, it was already delivered.

Yes, I did get an anonymous "Your order has been shipped" e-mail, but I wasn't sure what to make of it until I received the package from FedEx. It only contained one shot glass, plus another Space Wolf t-shirt (I got the t-shirt in the first package, although the order specification said that it was back-ordered).

Did you get my PM (sent on the 24th)? I was assuming that PM's would go through even if e-mails don't, but if not then I suppose we'll have to communicate through the forums instead.

Since the glasses are now gone from the store, may I please have a refund for the glass I never received?
