How do I cause a traffic accident in front of Sam and Max's building, and how do I get all six symtoms of ACD?

You get all six symptoms by ACD by repeatedly replaying the game so new random ones are generated :). IIRC, possible symptoms include obsession with money or fame, subconcious desire to marry one's mother or to see one's peers grow older, violent reaction to dentistry or hairstyling.

Shoot the one way sign. It's just a bit of fun, it isn't necessary to finish the game.
