View Full Version : Cannot pick shipping method..

I was excited to buy some merchandise from telltale, but it tells me that I need to select a valid shipping method, although I can only choose "free."
I live in Canada (Not sure if that matters..) please resolve this before the sales end!:)

Check out my thread about halfway down. Apparently it has something to do with being in Canada, although it was never explained what the problem was.

It's because of the Canada postal strike.

Well, if there's no way to ascertain a shipping price (Canada Post's fault) then there's nothing really Telltale can do. You wouldn't get the discount anyway.

DAMMIT! Can't I just be given the option to ship DHL or something? We were gonna save over $80 on that order if we sent it now, and can't afford to place it all outside the sale. This is unbelievably disappointing. As was suggested, can't we just have them hold our items until the postal strike is over and then pay the additional shipping cost when it's over?

Incredibly annoying. But it's our own postal service to blame, not Telltale. I don't expect them to do anything special for us, but if they did that would be awesome.

With the back to work legislation, shipping methods are now available on the store to Canadian customers! Order your items quick!

Can't seem to. All non-game items don't appear on the store for me. What the heck!?
EDIT: Ok, I can select DVDs but they're not showing up as $0.00 even though I own the episodes. It says I don't seem to own episodes and if I do to log in, but I am logged in!
EDIT: Ah, never mind. That's a problem with the S&M Complete Collection which I just recently purchased.
