PayPal availability

It tells me that paypal is disabled for the moment, when i try to preorder Puzzle Agent 2. Why is this and when can i expect to buy the game with paypal?

I would also be interested to know that. I've been trying to place an order since yesterday, but paypal has been disabled the whole time. I hope it will be back before the anniversary discounts are gone... :(

PayPal is still disabled and now (even though it's still the 30th) the 75% discount is no longer applied to the items in my cart... :confused:

I still get my discount, but I just emptied my cart. TT doesn't want my money today.

Though discounts are working again for me too, paypal still isn't. I guess that's it then.

The steam summer camp sale is a slight consolation (all the Telltale games are on sale right now) but I was really looking forward to getting some of those collector's disc editions.

So any news from the Telltale Support Staff about when or if PayPal will be available again? As its the only Payment option i could use, i would like to know when it will be possible for me to buy Puzzle Agent 2 from you guys.

Me too. I've been trying to order once per day since last Wednesday, but no luck so far. A short update on the problem and an estimate on when it will most likely be resolved would be great. I want to desperately give you my money! :)

Well chaps I am guesing it is because they are doing an investigation on telltalegames atm. I read in this section in another thread that a customer who has gotten no response from customer service over a delayed shipment posted a message saying that he was contacting paypal in hopes that they may do something. If I were paypal and got this type of message I would freeze the account and open up an inquiry, so that is possibly what happened.

Well...whatever the reason was... paypal is working again. At least atm.

yup, it's working again! finally I could buy the back to the future full season bundle and continue playing after the first free episode :)
