Bttf 5 login problems

Hi, i have sent an email to support 3 days ago and still no answer.

i have to following problem:

I have installed the game and after i run it and login,
i get this error:
"Sorry but it does not look like you own Back to the future: the game.
Try logging again under a different account or pick the game"

I'm out of ideas, sorry, log in issues really need to be fixed at Telltales end.

I'm surprised they never replied back, but all I can suggest at this stage is to contact them again.

I've been having the exact same problems, and I've emailed support twice, posted a thread on the forums, and sent a private message to AmyLukima all within the last two and a half weeks.


Nope, nothing. I imagine sending any more emails/messages will just add more to their giant stockpile of support tickets they haven't gotten to yet, so I'm just hoping my issue will be addressed eventually.
