So I finally get the e-mail that my order shipped and of course I'm very excited, it's been over a month and I hadn't gotten any updates whatsoever until the shipping confirmation. The package arrives and it's tiny, I am confused as I ordered 80 dollars worth of stuff from you guys. Sure enough, open it up and it is somebody elses order. I am pretty upset with this customer service at this point and I'm not sure how to get a hold of anyone as the only e-mail I sent off went unanswered and my forum posts are getting the same treatment. If I don't hear back from you guys about it soon I am going to go to my bank to try to get a refund.

My support ticket was [issue-51013] which I guess, is resolved now. I was quickly given a refund without an attempt to even send the correct order which, although not my first choice, at least eases my mind about where my stuff is :)
