Ahoy,

Just wondering, will you guys ever sell the Complete Animated series or the Monkey Island Deluxe box thingy again?

There's nothing in the store besides the games, anymore.

Not sure which items will come back, but some non-game items should be back in store once Telltale's warehouse move is complete at the beginning of August.

Nahh.. they dont sell the Monkey Island Delux box anymore? I finaly have money again and wanted to buy it but no go... guess I know why now...

Well, as one of the guys whose order from the 75%-off-sale got cut from some items (including the complete animated series) you don't expect me to come back to Telltale ever again if I see some of this stuff in your store again in in a few weeks, do you?

We didn't remove any items that we had in stock. And we're not going to be carrying most of those items anymore at all. But in the case of the animated series the vendor was completely out at the time. I don't think we'll be getting them back in regardless but it's not as black and white as we just didn't try. :)

But from this point forward our store is going to be completely different and 1000x more awesome. We have a new warehouse/shipping company and we're going to have way more exclusive, limited edition items. :D

I believe you Amy, nevertheless the information policy was really bad, i.e in the end not really existent and if the animated series really shows up again in this 1000x more awesome store I would feel like taken for a ride.

speaking of which, is that 90's Sam and Max comic-con shirt ever coming back? I was going to get that one, but you ran out before I got my order through. Or the signed version of the devil's playhouse poster, for that matter.

Unfortunately both of those will remain out of the store.

For those of you that haven't seen yet, some merch has returned to the store and more will be coming soon.

The license plates have been out of stock ( OUTASTOCK :D) since February.
The most current official statement from Telltale regarding those (dated February 9, 2011) is:
Hey folks, sorry about that. The interest in the license plates was way above and beyond anything we anticipated. All of our suppliers for the license plates ran out with no telling when or if they will be getting more, thus making it impossible for us to re-stock. We have issued refunds to all those that still had a plate in their order (there should have been an email that went along with that too).

We currently have no plans to re-stock the item since well, it looks like they may not become available for some time now, and to allow for the shipment of many orders held up by the lack of availability of the plates, we made the decision to cancel and refund the remaining plates in orders.

If you have not been issued a refund but have the plates in your order, please let us know and we will get that taken care of hastily.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Great....
1. items ordered for 75% off
2. waited 6 weeks
3. items got cancelled
4. items start to appear again in the store for regular price (beginning with BTTF card game in my case)

Am I the only one who feels pissed?

Im pretty sure I saw the Tales of Monkey Island Deluxe Edition in a local retailer...
Its had an awesome boxart, but it wasn't the one that you get from the store Deluxe edition?
Maybe it was like the SaM season 1 retail...

The poster's not coming back either? Are you guys sure you don't have one? I've been holding off on an order until the signed poster shows back up. It even says on the unsigned store listing that "a signed version is available"
Well...if it's not coming back i'll just have to buy and mail the unsigned version to Steve himself to ask for his autograph.
