Dear Telltale support
I'm posting this to query about my support issue [issue-52190] about my order. I placed the order #600138214304321 on August 3, 2011 which contain the following it
+ Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse + Collector's DVD
+ Sam & Max Season Two Upgrade + Collector's DVD
+ Sam & Max Season One + Bonus Disc
+ Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures Collector's DVD

It has been nearly one and a half month and my order status is still backordered.
I would like to know the estimation time that my order can be processed and shipped.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

The season two discs took longer than we expected to come back in. They should be in within ten business days.

Amy, it has been more than 2 months and more than 10 business days (exactly 18 business days) since the day you estimate that my order will be cleared.

I am not impressed. The order status changed to "Your order is being processed and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info." two weeks ago and it has been MORE than two and a half months already. =

Hi,

I'm not sure what happened with that order. We were in the process of switching over to a new warehouse around that time, and it may have gotten lost in the shuffle. I just placed a new order for you and upgraded the shipping to Priority Mail at our expense. You'll receive a tracking number when it goes out early next week. I'm sending you a PM with your new order number, and I'm very sorry about the delay.
