For some reason that support ticket is not in my box. What's the issue?

I guess the first problem is that your company seems to lose too many requests for support submitted through the correct channels, so that needs addressing.
The question I raised was to ask in how many different languages the Wallace & Gromit video game has been released? I have English, US-English, French and German in my collection and I would like to know if you have done others, or maybe are planning to do others.
