I ordered the Back to the Future: Collector's Edition DVD on August 23rd, and I've yet to receive it. I believe I paid standard shipping. Is it normally supposed to take this long? I vaguely remember reading somewhere it would take six business weeks. This post is just to clarify. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I think they've either just started to ship them or they will be starting it soon. The order you made in August was a pre-order. If you're outside of the USA then it can take up to six weeks to get to you (much less if you're in the states). I hope this clarifies things for you.

On this website, at the bottom of your games menu, is a list of things you've bought which will tell you what's shipped and when. My BTTF DVD has not yet shipped, and I'm not aware of any having gone out. I believe we have been promised v. soon.

They just started shipping. You'll get an email with a tracking number when yours is shipped.
