I have bought all 5 episodes and been given a serial number for my purchase but don't know where to use the code so i can unlock the game and download it.

You don't need the serial number.

Go to your My Games page (upper right, the joystick symbol). Download the episodes from there and install. If you're still online and logged in the forum, you won't have to do much else but start the game.

When i do that I only have a download link for the first chapter.

Still, it's strange - you might want to contact support if this persists. As it is not possible to buy single episodes, something might have gone wrong with the system.

And check your spam mail regularly - TTG support emails have a tendency to be regarded as spam by your email provider. ;)
