Help!!!

OK, maybe this is a stupid question, but then maybe I am stupid.
So how the bouncing Buddha do I insert an image in my post?
I can't seem to be able to figure out the URL-thingamajigger and why can't I just browse for an image in one of my directories?

Help, anyone?

Before you can put an image in a post, you have to upload it somewhere on the web (you can't just browse to one of your directories). There are a lot of free sites like Photobucket that allow you to do this.

Then you type [ img ] url of the picture goes here [ /img ] -- without the spaces in front of the brackets -- to post your picture.
