Support issue [issue-52893]
I would just like to know if the warehouse knows they only shipped part of my order and not the whole thing
I submitted this 10 days ago still no answer, anything?

Looks like Amy responded to your last email on October 10'th. Might want to check your spam folders and see if it's in there. The warehouse is aware that the Deluxe Pack didn't ship yet, though. The demand for it was a bit higher than expected, and it should be shipping out soon for you. I apologize for the delay.

as for the email, I checked , my junk/spam, inbox, and deleted , junk goes as far back as the 6th, and I've got nothing :confused:. Amy might want to check how she sends the emails, I've noticed many people saying they're awaiting responses to issues...
