End of Episode 6 Help Needed

Stuck all the way at the end Hugh Bliss' four methods of torture! all I can figure out is that I can switch places with him, and cut off his head at one point, but nothing else seems to have a use

You need to kill the bacteria

Bacteria dies when water is boiled

Start the lunar lander when Hugh Bliss is in the water tank

This is really silly, but how do you start the looner lander I think my game has a bug because it wont allow me to do this whatever I do, or press and yes I have used the saw on the lander so its on its side

Very annoying,very frustrating, just tell me exactly what to do before I seriously kill myself
