I bought Jurassic Park way back in february, but there is no download link for the first episode anywhere in my account, despite the full season being listed as purchased.

Telltale canceled and refunded all of the preorders around April. You should have received an email notifying you of this and another containing a voucher code for a free TTG series, unless you specifically told them that you wanted to keep your preorder.
If you did not specifically tell them you wanted to keep your preorder, then that would be why it doesn't appear for you. If you -did-, then 1) this thread belongs in the Shop Support forum, and 2) you might want to contact TTG directly regarding your order.
