about buying the CD version

Hi. I'd like to buy the CD rom version when it comes out this April. One question, if I buy it for CD rom, would I still be able to download the download version as well (whilst I wait for the CD to come through) or would I have to buy the download password separatly?

Thing is, I'm in the UK so I imagine the CD would take 10 days before it reaches me. I don't want to wait that long.

You'll want Telltale to confirm, but if it's like the Out from Boneville CD then yes, you can start playing immediately.
