Code won't work

I have the jurassic park ultimate trilogy on blu ray and it came with the code to download the first episode of jurassic park: the game

But whenever i try to download on my computer it stops at 28% to 85%

I need an explenation to this!

Try either clearing the cache in your current browser, or attempting the download from a different browser.
