BTTF:The Game; Episode II won't work!!

Recently purchased BTTF Deluxe ed. I have already completed ep.1 of Back to the Future: The Game, encountering no tech. issues. I went to play episode 2, the menu ran fine, the sound/music was fine, the Flux Capacitor was even...fluxing, but the visuals of the actual "Story" were completely black!? I looked through Telltale's FAQs and the support forum, but I didn't really get anywhere, didn't really find my answer. I tested the other 3 episodes of the game, which appear to be fine. It seems that there is only a problem with "Get Tannen". PLEASE HELP!:eek:

There are actually a few other threads on the same subject (I used "Tannen" as a search word and searched only titles in this forum).
Here's what I replied in one (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22809) of them.
Try setting the graphics to a lower quality. It worked for several people (see these (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22776) threads (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22810)).
