JPtG Episode 3 won't load

Any time I try to load Episode 3 on my Xbox 360, the 'loading' double helix appears for about two seconds, and then the screen goes black. I can open the Xbox dashboard, but the game will not start. I've already exchanged the disc, but the problem persists. Is there anything I can do?

Does that happen when you choose Resume from the main menu, or are you loading through the Scenarios menu? If you're using Resume and it's still happening, please try clearing your 360's cache and trying one more time. Instructions on how to do so are below.
