How will The Walking Dead be delivered on XBLA? Is it one arcade game w/ dlc or separate games?

Will it take advantage of the new achievement increases to 400/game and 800 w/dlc?

Episode 1 will be the stand-alone game, with Episodes 2-5 gradually being released as DLC.
