Canadian postal code issue- shipping

I am trying to put in my shipping info for the walking dead pre-order and im getting this error message.


There was a problem with the format of the postal code for your billing address. Please double-check it and enter it again.


I have tried caps and all the regular issues that would limit me from advancing but no success.

any ideas?

It gives that message if you don't space out the first and last three characters. Of course, you've probably already tried that and can wait for the real support to show up :P
