I've email repeatedly, and posted a thread on the other purport forum page, yet still haven't received any help with my game activation problems. I really want to play these games and support TellTale, but I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with their customer service (or lack there of).

Could I at least get an official Telltale employee to acknowledge my problem?
