Sorry if i got the name wrong lol but i think its larry that punches you when you leave the pharmacy and tries to leave you behind, if not then "that guy".

Anyway i tried several different combinations but he always did the same, is there a way to maybe make him like you? or hide your past better? so that he doesn't do it or is it something that is fixed to build onto the hatred in future episodes?

Did you continue the game?
After they left the pharmacy, Larry tells Lee that he knows what Lee did, so basically he hates him for being a murder.
And obviously there is nothing which you could do about that fact, at least not in the first episode

I haven't found one yet I have sided with him during the argument about duck but still he punches lee and leaves him for dead

yh i played it thru, but i thought maybe there was a way to hide it better, because i remember making a few accidental hints when talking to people.

yh i tried that too, and tried being horrible to his daughter so he doesn't think i want to get close to her or anything....same result.

I think he dies in the next episode, or another. Reasons:
-Kinda hinted in a developers' video on the telltale site
-Her yelling at Lee during the preview for episode two
