Ok, I'm sick of this. After a forum post, 5-7 emails, and like 3 years, I still don't have the poker visor in my Team Fortress 2 inventory.
Here's some proof:

Sorry to hear that. I can't help with the issue, but i had to remove the first image. It contained your games serial numbers, which are private information.

Hey while you're at it, can you pass this by to some support people? Also tell them their customer support system is wank. No support for threads OR images? That's just wrong.

Well, I thought that you might have redeemed the code from this page (http://www.telltalegames.com/tf2unlocks) instead, which might give you access to the other TF2 unlockable items, but not the visor. </no sarcasm needed>
