[WD] Problem with starting Episode 2

I don't know if anyone else has this happening to them, but here's my problem. The game is the steam version, just so you know.

I start the game, click on play, my saved game, episode 2 and start. The screen then fades to black... and stays there. The game isn't frozen (apparently), it just... doesn't start whatever scene it has to start. It's just a black screen.

Any ideas on this?

Try validating the files. I had an issue where all i saw were silhouettes, and validating fixed it.

Yeah, I tried doing that. It didn't work.
