Episode 2 shows as installed but can't be played

Episode 1 works fine but episode 2 is nowhere to be found. I have done everything I can possibly think about but can not play it. In the download section it shows as installed but that's it. Anyone know how we're suppose to find episode 2?

In the games main menu click "Play".
On the next screen select a savegame, and click "Play".
On the top of the next screen select Episode 2 and click "Play"
